Tents and Canopies
Our frame tents are versatile and can be set up on various surfaces such as asphalt, grass, or flat grounds.
When setting up on grass, we provide complimentary staking services. However, if staking on grass is not feasible, additional charges will apply for the use of concrete weights to secure the tent on cement or asphalt surfaces. The use of stakes or concrete weights is essential for ensuring the safety of our customers and is mandatory.
If you opt for staking, it is imperative to call 811 to have all utilities marked before installation. Additionally, a staking waiver must be signed, releasing PrimeTime Rentals from any liability associated with staking our 42-inch by 1-inch in diameter steel stakes into underground utilities, lines, pipes, or other potential obstacles.
Please note that sidewall rentals are available but must be purchased separately.
